Me far too I've taken off uninstalled 3 times and reinstalled and when it arrives up I am unable to form the lic in box Though I can see it it seems to be frozen you should helpI'm obtaining exactly the same dilemma!  I used to be never prompted to input it and stuffed out all the knowledge and now are unable to work out how to save it and resume
